Bodybuilding Exercises To Get You Chicks

Let’s face it, if all things were equal would you be more attracted to the hot and sexy girl with a brain or without one?

I’m sure you’d want a hot and sexy girl with brains.

So the same thing goes with women.

Sure you might have a killer personality, but if another guy also has the same killer personality and also has a better body than you, guess what the girl would choose?

Yup, the one with the better body.

Now, don’t get me wrong,  having a good personality absolutely trumps how good your physique is, but getting a great body does help.

Bodybuilding is the new thing of the modern sexual age. Men want to be looked at and favored by women over the other men walking beside them on the street. We want to look better than the man beside us we are being compared to. We want to be the one that goes home with the girl at the end of the night and don’t want to be the man left standing around a bunch of guys, holding a cup, thinking could have, would have, should have.

Do yourself a favor, don’t put yourself in the position that makes you ask yourself, “Only if…” “Only if I would have started working out and achieved a body worthy of attention.” I have good news for you. You can turn your “only ifs” into reality and it’s not impossible to do so. Following my tips below will help you achieve the body you have only dreamed of. It’s time to get your ass out of that chair and in motion. Take the first step towards more confidence and a better, attention-grabbing physique that will not only make you look better, but feel better too.

Natural Bodybuilding Tips for Men

To achieve a solid physique and good health, the following are necessary: diet, cardiovascular exercise, and bodybuilding exercises. This last one is vital if you are looking to attract some sexual attention from women. There is a right way and wrong way to start this three-step regimen though. If you are of a healthy weight and only looking to get stronger, you may proceed immediately. However, if you are overweight, you will want to seek out a physician and personal trainer/nutritionist to guide you through the regimen. That being said, let’s get started.

The Right Diet

  1. Consume enough calories to get you through your workout routine.
  2. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables. Fruits provide you with essential sources of sugar for energy and vegetables help burn body fat and bust your gut.
  3. Upon exercising, eat up to 200-300 calories.
  4. Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep the body hydrated. Avoid drinking sugary concoctions like soda, sweetened iced tea, and energy drinks. These will only add on unwanted pounds.
  5. Eat protein in the form of meat, eggs, and nuts.
  6. Don’t eat before going to bed.
  7.  Eat a balanced breakfast in the morning and don’t snack often during the day. It is beneficial to eat 4-5 small meals per day instead of eating 3 large meals.
  8. Avoid excessive eating during stress.

The Right Exercises

When people think of bodybuilding they think of big weights and gyms. This is a flawed way of thinking about it. Bodybuilding – the act of losing fat and gaining beneficial muscle – can be achieved by various means. Heavy weights and gyms are not a necessary part of the routine, however, diet, regular cardiovascular exercise, and strength exercises are.

When beginning an exercise routine, I recommend you follow these steps:

  1. Above all else, get your ass motivated
  2. Second, starting out, dedicate four days to strength training and cardiovascular training. On the remaining three days, though, don’t just sit on the couch, veg out, and eat candy bars and bags of potato chips.
  3. On the days you designate for rigorous exercise, start with strength training exercises. Do a few sets of push-ups, pull-ups, ab workouts, and various other bodyweight exercises. Remember, you do not need a gym to get fit. After strength training, proceed to do a short cardio exercise. (As you get fitter, you’ll be able to do more sets and spend more time on cardio).
  4. Keep hydrated.
  5.  After you are done exercising, eat something, and, later on, go out and feel good about yourself!

This last tip is vital. It’s necessary to appreciate what you have gained. Some of my friends do this by taking monthly pictures so they can feel good about the results they achieved. This also helps them take stock of the muscle groups they have to work more. Either take a picture or do what I do: strip down to your boxers in front of a mirror and take a moment to appreciate the body you have worked hard for. Get motivated boys.
