They can’t be something the girl has heard before. You don’t want to sound cliché or act like you are desperate. The difficult thing about openers – good openers that get you laid – is that they can’t really be forced. You have to be feeling right in the environment you are in. You have to be full of confidence and have a no-retreat personality because, more often than not, openers require some assistance by things called “follow-ups.” A single opener won’t get you in, but an opener that is supported by a substantial follow-up will give you wings and open up a door of possibilities.</p>
<p>Like I said, there are many forms of openers. I will concentrate on two: the situational opener and the opinion opener. These are the openers that have the most success. They will get girls to laugh and take interest in you. If you play them right, you won’t have to worry about rolling eyes and a sense of defeat at night’s end.</p>
<h2>The Situational Opener</h2>
<p>The situational opener requires an interesting environment. The more personalities, the more drama, the better. A dull environment won’t really afford you the possibility of using the situational opener. What are you going to say? Wow, this party is as lame as my deaf and dumb dog. No, you’re not going to say that. First, because it’s stupid and, second, because I love dogs, whether their deaf, blind, dumb or smart.</p>
<p>So, assuming you are in a happening environment, you first have to take a moment to look at your surroundings before approaching a girl with an opener. Say you look to your left and see a guy up against the wall with his hand up a girl’s skirt. To your right, there are a bunch of geeks playing monopoly with real money. Ahead of you, there’s a beer pong game that involves the removal of clothing. After you’re done taking stock of your surroundings, find a sexy girl that doesn’t have a guy with her. There are so many things to say to her regarding the present environment!</p>

The high amount of reps that medicine balls allow you to do will help you obtain a healthy-looking, vascular figure. Not only will you be cut up, but you’ll be more flexible and stronger. If you don’t have dumbbells, barbells, plates or kettlebells at your disposal and only a medicine ball, don’t fret. You can still do a workout that will bust your gut and cut up all of your limbs.</p>
<p>The medicine ball is great. It has a shape that molds perfectly to the palms of your hands, thereby making it very easy to handle. Many medicine balls aren’t that heavy (around ten pounds) and they allow for you to complete motions you never could do with heavier weights. You’ll work muscles you never knew you had with medicine balls. Don’t be fooled by the weight of them. Yes, they’re fairly light compared to other equipment, but they can achieve results comparable to the results achieved by other equipment used by everyday bodybuilders.</p>
<h2>Ab Twist</h2>

<p>Start out sitting on the ground, holding the ball with your hands. To position, lift your legs up, bending them at your knees. The only parts of your body that should be touching the ground are your butt and your tailbone. Holding the ball above your groin in front of you, bring the ball to your right side while using your core to keep balance. After you touch the ground with the ball, bring the ball to your left side in the same fashion. Continue this motion until you can’t go anymore. Trust me, after ten or more reps you’ll start feeling the burn.</p>
<h2>The Bend-Over</h2>

<p>For this exercise, start in standing position. Raise the ball above your head with both of your hands. Position your legs shoulder-width apart. Bring the ball down to your left foot. Touch it and slowly return to your initial position while concentrating on your core. Now, bring the ball down between your legs and touch the floor with the ball. Again, return to the initial position above your head while concentrating on your core. Finally, bring the ball down to your right foot in the same motion. You go from right to left. One complete motion counts as one rep. Try to do ten. It’s harder than you think!</p>

They’re the first part of my body that girls touch when they get my shirt off in the bedroom, the first thing ladies on the beach look at as I emerge from the ocean and the first part of my body that I focus on while bodybuilding.</p>
<p>The right ab workout can get you a six pack, fast. And the best thing about it is that it’s not that hard. Ab workouts take the least amount of time compared to other workouts. This is because your abs require a lesser time for rest than other parts of your body. You can get shredded abs by working them two to three times a week for only 20 minutes a day. It’s hard to understand why everyone doesn’t have a great looking mid section. But, then again, it’s not. It’s an improper diet that gets people in trouble, not necessarily the lack of exercise. So, when you start performing this workout and others like it, be sure to diet correctly. A good diet can make a world of difference when it comes to obtaining a six pack.</p>
<h2>The Workout</h2>
<p>As I said, I am currently using this ab workout and seeing great results. I do two cycles of it about two to three days a week. It is quite easy and it achieves results. Turn the music up, get motivated, and start crunching that gut away!</p>
<h3>Roll-Outs</h3>

<p>This is the hardest ab exercise in the workout. Some may say, “save the hardest for last,” but I say, do it first. This way everything else seems pretty easy compared to it. For this exercise you will need a bar with ridge-less waits or a wheel with handles attached to it (you may have seen these advertised on TV a few years ago). To start, get down on your knees with either the barbell or wheel in front of you. Bring your body to the ground, keeping your knees in place, and concentrate on your core while lowering your body. As you lower your body, make sure the barbell or wheel travel in front of you. Use your abs to lower yourself, not your arms. After your body is inches off of the ground, bring yourself up. Complete 10 reps.</p>

The handle gives you something to latch onto as opposed to a dumbbell that you have to wrap your hands around and grasp.</p>
<p>I’ve been seeing people swap dumbbells for kettlebells during my last few years at the gym. Everyone I speak to says they are easier to use and yield more results. They are easier to use because of the kettlebell’s compact shape. Unlike a dumbbell that has three parts to it – the handle, the left weight and the right weight – the kettlebell only has one part – the ball of weight that is seamlessly attached to the handle. Kettlebells are also cheaper to buy because they are made of less material and only one kind of metal. Whereas dumbbells are made of cast iron and the metal that the handle is composed of, kettlebells are only made of cast iron.</p>
<p>There are many benefits to working with the kettlebell and I’m sure the workout I give below will make you appreciate these benefits. Your form will be better, you’ll have less material to work with and you’ll find new exciting ways to use a weight to your advantage. Hop on the kettlebell train and try out this workout!</p>
<h2>The Swing-Up</h2>

<p>This is the most common kettlebell exercise out there. Chances are, if you’re reading a magazine that describes kettlebell workouts, this is the first exercise you will read about. To start out, grab a kettlebell that is around 20 to 30 pounds. Get in standing position with your legs shoulder-length apart. Have the kettlebell rest between your legs. Bend down and grab the handle with both of your hands, putting one hand over the other. In a controlled fashion, swing the kettlebell up over your head, hold for a second, then lower it slowly to the ground. Do 10 reps.</p>

The problem with this is that when you see the girl in person she realizes you are not actually the person she has had plenty of conversations with via text messages. Text messages make you say things that you wouldn’t normally say to girls. It’s the away-from-her-face factor. Since you aren’t talking to her, looking her in the eyes, you’ll sometimes choose to text whatever you want – things you wouldn’t usually say when talking to a girl in person.</p>
<p>The best way to text a girl is to text the way you would speak to her in person. If you would normally say, in person, I’m hard right now, after she said something sexy to you then by all means talk the same dirty talk in texts as you do in person. However, if you say something dirty and it is something you would never say in person, it may be problematic. You’ll confuse her. She’s going to question who she is talking to. Is this really the same guy I met? she may think. Texting things you wouldn’t normally say to a girl will make things awkward for you in the future. She’ll expect you to say things you have no intention of saying. You will have created a split personality for yourself – the texting you and the real you.</p>
<h2>A Personal Example</h2>
<p>I can confidently say I talk to girls via text the same way I talk to them in person. I don’t see the need to change my personality in texts. I like my personality just fine. If you are texting things you wouldn’t normally say, you may have a confidence issue. Don’t be a coward and hide behind your texts. Only text things you would say face-to-face.</p>
<p>Here’s a conversation I recently had with a girl. This is a girl who I see at parties and whisper I have a boner in her ear. She knows I’m sarcastic when flirting with her and easy going. I don’t act any differently via text.</p>
<p>Here, the girl said something random and I responded like I would respond to her in person:</p>

<p>As you can see from this example, I made her laugh. Well, at least I made her say “hahah.” She laughed and wasn’t confused because she knows this is the person I am. I’m the kind of guy that will respond sarcastically and sexually to any random remark she throws at me.</p>

<p>Time is what will heal you, but it is also the thing that will make you suffer. Upon breaking up with the girl, you’ll wonder, How long is this going to last? Will I ever find someone as good as her? Many of the questions you ask yourself will be related to time. There are things you can do within the time after your breakup – the time that is the hardest – that will help mend your heart quicker. First off, you can cry.</p>
<h2>Don’t be Afraid to Waterfall</h2>
<p>I know, I know. You may think it’s embarrassing or unwarranted to cry over a girl. But it’s not. If you are hurting and truly miss the girl, the best thing you can do is cry. I look at crying as the act of releasing all of the hurt from your body. It’s natural and invigorating. I think it is the only thing that can drain and invigorate you at the same time, that is, if you are crying over something worthy of crying over. Losing a girl you really cared for is most definitely worth crying over.</p>
<h2>Talk it Out</h2>
<p>Also, don’t be afraid to talk to someone about what has transpired between you and a girl. It is the best thing to do when you are hurting. Thinking of things in your head and not giving yourself the chance to voice your thoughts can drive you crazy after a breakup. Now, more than ever, is the time to seek out the ears of a good friend or family member who sincerely cares about how you are feeling. And don’t be afraid to cry in front of them.</p>
<p>Going through a breakup will hurt you a lot, but teach you a lot as well. You will learn to get over a girl you admire – a good skill to have in the future because there probably won’t be just one time. Also, you’ll learn to show emotion around other people and make yourself vulnerable. You’ll learn that making yourself vulnerable after a breakup is okay and necessary for feeling better. This isn’t a fight between you another man where you have to keep your guard up. This is a fight between you and yourself where you have to confront the emotions that are building up inside of you. You have to confront them and drain them from yourself.</p>
<h2>Take it Slow</h2>
<p>When you start feeling better, take it slow. Don’t rush to go out with all of your single friends and hit up the night life. You’ll probably find yourself looking at couples and thinking about the girl who caused you so much grief and pain. When you start feeling better and start to get over her, do things that don’t involve a lot of people and chaos. Go to a local bar with your friends instead of the club where so much drama and tension exists. Have a few drinks, take it easy, have fun. It’s not time to get caught up in a pool full of women just yet. That time will come a little later when you’re healed up.</p>

I prefer the latter of the two, but there are some people who just want to get laid by a hot bitch and acting like a douchebag is the easiest route to take. I say, whatever works for you.</p>
<h2>The Douchebag Option</h2>
<p>It’s not that hard to morph yourself into a douchebag if you are not ordinarily one. Douchebags are everywhere. All you have to do is observe their actions. You’ve seen these guys before: at the gym lifting weights hitting on girls they have never met before and using their muscles to lure them in, at the club dressed in a V-neck and acting like their shit doesn’t stink, and at the bar where they consciously don’t pay attention to, or act like a dick to, a bunch of hot snobby girls.</p>
<p>Here’s what you have to do to achieve the douchebaginess that bitches love and can’t get enough of. First off, as mentioned before, act like your shit doesn’t stink. Walk around with your head up and if you spill a beer kick it after it hits the ground and say “What the fuck!” Second, constantly wear a cocky smile and compliment that smile with true cockiness. Fuel yourself with confidence until it is pours out of all of your body’s orifices. Make your confidence tangible – something people can feel against their skin as you walk by.</p>
<p>Before approaching a girl who you might consider a bitch, give her stares that say, Who the hell do you think you are? Don’t give her stares that say, I want to get in your pants so bad. The trick to being a douchebag is hiding everything real about yourself. You have to pretend you don’t want her just as much as she’s pretending she doesn’t want you. You have to be as stuck up as her. And, you have to put your level of douchebaginess on the same level as her bitchiness.</p>
<h2>The Witty Option</h2>
<p>This is the version that requires more intellect than looks. Like a douchebag, don’t act like you want her badly, but make her laugh. Pushing out your pecks won’t work if you choose to take this route. It will just make you look ridiculous. You have to make her laugh while not laughing along with her. You have to be sly about your approach. You’ve got to act like the wolf in Little Red Riding Hood, only you get your fill at the end of the story. The bitch in red doesn’t end up winning.</p>

<p>There are many people in the world today with gluten allergies and there are many speculations about where these allergies originate from. Did they come from the food riddled with pesticides and preservatives? Really, at this point, speculations are just that – speculations. There is no conclusive evidence where these allergies originate from. And you probably don’t care where gluten allergies originate from. You probably are just concerned with the fact that you can’t drink the beer everyone around you drinks – Heineken, Budweiser, Stella Artois, Dogfish Head, Miller Lite, and the great Natty Light.</p>
<p>I’m not going to lie, these beers are great, but there are other beers not made from wheat that taste just as good as wheat beer or better. Get this in your head: having a gluten allergy doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the taste of beer; it just means you can’t indulge in the everyday beer and celebrate with the masses with a case of Miller.</p>
<p>If you have a gluten allergy, instead of drinking from your friend’s fridge you’ll have to go out and buy your own beer. You are one of the few in the big scheme of things, my friend. The percentage of people with gluten allergies is low. Anyhow, instead of drinking other people’s beer, you’re going to have to go out and look for beers brewed without the use of wheat. You’re going to have to look for beers brewed with buckwheat (related to the rhubarb family, not the wheat family), sorghum or rice.</p>
<h2>Gluten Allergies Make for Originality</h2>
<p>Since you’re not going to be tailgating, partying or in Las Vegas carrying around the common can or bottle, you’re going to attract attention. Yes, gluten free beers attract attention. People aren’t used to seeing the cans and bottles the beer is held in. Take pride in your allergy! You are in the beer minority now. Represent, son!</p>

				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Women like six packs, and you should too. When you look at yourself in the mirror or when you look down at your chest, you should feel good about what you see. The time for delay has reached its end. Performing the exercises that I highlight below will put you on track to obtaining six pack abs. All those little muscles and tendons in your mid-section will show, giving you what you’ve always thought about but never achieved – washboard abs.</p>
<p>It’s important to constantly work the abs. One day a week won’t do it. I recommend doing a few cycles of the exercises at least two times a week. In addition to the exercises, you will also have to change your diet, assuming your diet is not currently geared towards cutting down body fat. You’ll have to start eating plenty of fruit and vegetables, low-fat meats like chicken and complex carbohydrates. Stay away from empty carbs on a daily basis; however, don’t hesitate to indulge every once in a while. Make it your reward for staying on track! Now, onto the exercises.</p>
<h2>Best Workout for Six Pack Abs</h2>
<h3>Plank</h3>
<p>Start out with this. It’s a good exercise to warm your muscles up. Get in push-up position. Instead of resting your hands on the ground, rest the entire length of the side of your forearms on the ground. Keep your mid-section low to the ground, but not too low. Keep your back and legs on a slight angle upwards. After you are in position, contract the muscles in your mid-section and hold for at least 30 seconds. Start with 30 seconds for this workout, but, when your mid-section later becomes stronger, push yourself to conquer more time in the plank position.</p>
<h3>Side Plank</h3>
<p>This will concentrate on one side of your mid-section at a time. Instead of resting on both of your forearms like the plank, for this you will rest on just one. Start by lying down on your side. How about your right side. Using your body, raise your mid-section into the air. Keep balance with your right forearm and the side of your right foot. Place your left arm on the left side of your body and your left leg on top of your right leg. (Some people prefer placing their free hand on their head.) After you are in position, again, like the regular plank, contract the muscles in the right part of your mid-section and hold for 30 seconds. After this side, do it for your other. Your body should be at a slight angle while performing the exercise.</p>
