Well, you have to start somewhere in the process, the best way to start getting a head start with developing your confidence is mimicking how confident men act and move. That is copying their body language. Keep these points in mind:

• When you engage in a conversation with women, make sure you look into her eyes and not at her breasts or away from her eyes
• Hold your head up high and look confident with the proper body posture when you walk and talk
• Nervous fidgets and movements should be avoided at all times otherwise you’ll just look like your lost
• Take your time when you do something, don’t rush things because you’re just going to outline your incompetency
• Sit back in your seat and relax a little, don’t sit on the edge of the seat because this looks like you’re in a defensive position
